The Ritual Bath

For a five-fixture bathroom, this room is actually quite small, so efficiency and simplicity was key. Throughout the space, I leaned into natural materials with imperfections and movement—elements that feel layered, lived-in, and timeless. The tile is a small-format Grigio Carnico marble, and every element was designed to align within the 6x6 grid that it created. The infinity shower paired with frameless glass keeps the floor plane visually uninterrupted, making the room feel larger than it is. And that oversized shower window brings in a dreamy, light-filled atmosphere, connecting you to the outdoors. At the tub, I retrofitted a skylight centered directly above it to pull light deep into the space. The cippolini verde marble sits against the walnut tub front, and limewash walls above pick up on the green hues in the marble and add softness.
